Diego Armando Maradona was discharged this Wednesday afternoon from the Olivos clinic in the province of Buenos Aires.
The soccer star was admitted 9 days ago to that Argentine medical center to undergo surgery for a subdural hematoma.
The intervention was successful, according to his doctor Leopoldo Luque.
The specialist added that the former soccer player will go to outpatient medical care under the supervision of a new interdisciplinary team.
