The Guatemalan authorities ended the search efforts for people in the Quejá region on Tuesday, after the passage of Eta.

The governor of Alta Verapaz declared that the place is a cemetery after the impact of the tropical cyclone.

So far, there are 46 confirmed deaths and almost 100 missing people, according to official reports.
