Russian scientists specializing in the Ministry of Defense, in partnership with the "Gamali" Center, developed the world's first vaccine to prevent corona virus.
The Russian “TV Zvezda” website quoted Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko as saying today that the mass production of the world's first vaccine to prevent infection of the emerging corona virus began in Russia.
"The Sputnik vaccine" entered the civilian circulation and is spreading today across regions, "Murashko added at a meeting of BRICS health ministers, noting that the industrial volume of the vaccine is now increasing.
The minister stressed that the manufacturers have set technological regulations and launch mass production.
The world's first vaccine, "Sputnik V", was developed by specialists from the Ministry of Defense in cooperation with the Gamali Center, where the vaccine was registered on the 11th of last August.
