Among the stories published by the site, that of a man named Moha, 37 years old.
Arrested on the night of July 7 to 8 after an altercation in the street while he had been drinking, he said he was severely beaten by police in the police car and in the police station.
This man, imprisoned until mid-August for the altercation, filed a complaint against the agents.

An investigation was opened on July 22 on the head of violence by a person holding public authority,
" said the Paris prosecutor's office, specifying that the investigations had been entrusted to the ethics department of the Paris police headquarters (SDSE ).
The site also includes the testimony of another man, also placed in police custody in this police station in July 2020 with other young people who participated in a private party in an apartment.
The police, intervened for noise, had arrested several revelers, accusing them of "
violence
" towards them.
Several arrested, claiming for their part to have been victims of beatings and insults at the police station, then filed a complaint.
On this case, already revealed in the press, an investigation was opened on July 13 and entrusted to the IGPN, the police, for "
violence by a person holding public authority
", said the prosecution.
On the same day, an investigation was also opened for “

”.

This police station, located in the north-east of Paris, is already targeted by other investigations.

When questioned, the police headquarters recalled having reported the facts reported in the book "
Flic
" to the public prosecutor and having seized the IGPN for administrative purposes.
