"The opinion of the Sardinian Technical Scientific Committee is there and it is favorable".

These are the first indiscretions that are learned from judicial sources in the Public Prosecutor's Office in Cagliari on the investigation for culpable epidemic opened after the transmission of the Report on the order of the governor Christian Solinas who on 11 August gave the green light to the reopening of discos in Sardinia, with the consequent increase in infections.

The day after the police raid on the Region to acquire the documents, it would therefore emerge that the order would come after the favorable email from one of the experts who, however, would also speak on behalf of the others.

The investigation of the Prosecutor's Office, therefore, according to when ANSA learns, goes towards archiving, at least as regards the part on the crime of culpable epidemic.

There are two, perhaps three, the people informed on the facts that will be heard in the next few hours by the pool of magistrates led by the adjunct Paolo De Angelis (composed of the substitutes Daniele Caria, Guido Pani and Maria Virginia Boi), but only after the investigators will study the cards acquired yesterday in the Region.

These are the regional councilors who in Report hypothesized pressure from the managers of the discos not to close them.

An examination which, however, could close in a few hours, given that the crucial email - the one with the favorable opinion - would already be in the hands of the investigators.

In the meantime, the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office - competent for the Gallura area - is carrying out an investigation to understand if there has really been an increase in infections so as to verify if there is a possible causal link between the opening of discos and the spread of the epidemic in Sardinia.

SOLINAS, MUD MACHINE ON SARDINIA.

The document of the Sardinian Technical Scientific Committee with the negative opinion on the opening of discos "I read it only in these hours, and it was part of an internal correspondence with the Regional Health Department: it referred to another matter, to some guidelines never issued later. On August 6 there was no regional ordinance and discos were open under the Dpcm throughout Italy ".

This was stated by the governor of Sardinia, Christian Solinas, in an interview with Repubblica in which he denounced: "The mud machine has been set in motion to hit a region that is healthier than others".

With regard to the regional ordinance on the reopening of discos, dated 11 August, "the CTS, expressing itself on other documents, had proposed six reasons of criticality, which were all satisfied in the drafting of the subsequent ordinance", explains Solinas.

"The measure also takes into account two fundamental elements. First, health data. The contagion rate was close to zero. The second is the agenda of the Regional Council with which the junta undertook to adopt suitable acts reopening of the premises. What convinced me more than others - says the governor - was the intervention of Massimo Zedda dei Progressisti who feared the risk of public order, as well as health, due to the many private and out of control parties, gatherings on the beach and squares that would have been held in our territory close to Ferragosto in case of failure to reopen the premises ".
