The intervention of the real estate Los Sauces, initiated the corresponding legal actions

for the eviction of one of the apartments located in Puerto Madero,

owned by the Kirchner family.

It is rented by a Cristóbal López company -and used by the ex-wife of Fabián De Sousa-, who

owed $ 21.5 million for four years for not paying the rent.

The lawyer Carlos Beraldi had complained before the Justice, because the intervention "had not done anything in these years" to collect said credit.

Four months ago, the intervention of the real estate agency investigated for money laundering, presented a report to the Federal Oral Court 5 and the prosecutor Diego Velasco, where the status of two of the main properties of Los Sauces SA was recorded.

These are the apartments located in Puerto Madero:

one has not been able to rent for two years and "generates expenses on a constant basis"

, and on the other, the request for eviction by the controller was initiated due to non-payment of rent.

This property

was rented through the Alcalis de la Patagonia firm,

owned by Cristóbal López y De Sousa.

Between 2009 and 2015, López and Lázaro Báez contributed 86% of the turnover of Los Sauces.

Both, along with Cristina Kirchner and her children, were accused of being part of an "illicit association", where the vice president is designated as the maximum responsible and Máximo as the organizer.

During the investigation of the case, it was determined that from 2012 to February 2016 the owner of Grupo Indalo paid Los Sauces $ 1,727,500.

A report showed that Entrepreneur K rented the duplex for three times its market value.

During the investigation of the case, the Justice confirmed the existence of a maneuver by which "a portion of what was taken from the National State - through public road works, through the payment of gifts under the benefits and concessions granted, etc. - went to the former presidents and their family nucleus ".

Through a system "set up based on the real estate and hotel activity that they carried out through the Los Sauces company."

The objective, according to Judge Julián Ercolini -who sent the case to trial-, was

"to steal and seize and of millionaire public funds."

It is estimated that more than 30 million pesos were laundered using "real estate that had no commercial purposes as a screen."

Within this framework, the company was intervened in 2016, and the measure was extended by TOF 5, responsible for carrying out the trial against the Kirchner family.

Under this judicial intervention, the operation of Los Sauces shows more losses than gains in recent years.

Its business line is "unviable" judicial sources pointed out to

Clarín:

many of the properties cannot be rented, generating permanent expenses.

In a recent report, accessed by Clarín, the judicial intervention detailed that the Asset Status of Los Sauces SA as of December 31, 2019 showed a value of 973,009,971 pesos.

These assets are distributed in the share value that Máximo (55%) Florencia Kirchner (45%) owns.

How is this value composed?

The most valuable assets that Los Sauces SA has are the two apartments located in Puerto Madero, which were rented by companies owned by Cristóbal López, Inversora M&S and Alcalis de la Patagonia.

The first of the properties is valued at 344.4 million pesos, and the second was awarded a price of 255.7 million.

But the statement of assets detailed something in particular:

a loan in favor of the real estate company for 21.5 million pesos for unpaid rents for the second apartment in Puerto Madero.

"This refers to rents owed for the occupied property," said Controller Jordan Kristoff in court.

On that department, unit 4L of

the Dique Building,

a judicial eviction action was launched by the judicial inspector.

This extreme was reached after the repeated claim of the Kirchner lawyer -Carlos Beraldi-, for the lack of claim of the debt accumulated for four years.

Although a negotiation instance was sought with whoever lives there, since they

are in charge of paying the expenses, there was no type of arrangement.

$ 7,500 per month

had been paid for the property

until Los Sauces was intervened.

The initial contract was made through a Cristóbal López company, so the rent was paid by Alcalis de la Patagonia, but it was always inhabited by De Sousa's ex-wife.

Another department in trouble

The other building has been empty for more than three years, when Bonadio evicted López.

The first apartment the owner of Indalo had entered was functional unit 440. He invested $ 100,000 to refit it.

He converted floors 8 and 9 “D” into a duplex to have his office and a meeting room on top.

The property was rented for $ 14,000, despite the fact that Cristóbal López paid $ 32,000 for it.

The lack of a tenant is not only a problem for the Kirchners, but also generates collateral difficulties: being empty, the expenses and taxes are faced with part of the little income that the real estate is generating, and that also handles the judicial intervention .

Those expenses exceed 50,000 pesos per month.

The property is located in the Madero Center building, where “La Rosadita” worked: Lázaro Báez's financier.
