TRIBUNE - The three young people *, former preparatory students at the Lycée Montaigne in Bordeaux, defend tooth and nail a very threatened training which combines high standards and meritocracy.


The cohort of French students is growing every year, and France has never had as many baccalaureate holders as in 2020. But the number of preparatory classes has been contracting since 2017 and the trend will continue in 2021, confirms a ministerial note from the 19th.
