For the third consecutive Friday, the Israeli occupation forces prevented hundreds of Palestinians from performing prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Ma'an News Agency reported that the occupation forces increased their military checkpoints at the entrances to the Old City in occupied Jerusalem and the vicinity of Al-Aqsa, and prevented hundreds of Palestinians coming from occupied Jerusalem and various cities and towns in the West Bank to pray there.
The occupation forces are escalating their aggressive practices against the Palestinians in Al-Aqsa through raids, arrests and deportations from the mosque in an attempt to impose a fait accompli regarding judaizing the Temple Mount and controlling it.
