A 33-year-old man was sentenced Friday, November 13 in Le Havre to a three-month suspended prison sentence after threatening to "
cut the throat
" of a teacher in his son's school, according to the prosecution.
"
I'm going to blow you up, I'm going to cut your throat,
" this man said to a teacher on Tuesday after
entering
his son's school, specifies the prosecution.

“
At the origin of these facts, there was a quarrel between two children, the son of the author of the threats and the intrusion and a young girl.
The teacher had intervened to separate them.
He grabbed it a little vigorously to put it back in the ranks,
”said the public prosecutor of Le Havre Bruno Dieudonné to an AFP correspondent.
Placed in police custody Thursday, the father "
recognized the facts and bitterly regretted his gesture,
" said the magistrate.
He was released after being sentenced to CRPC (prior admission of guilt), according to the same source.
The man had no criminal record, and is not known to specialized services.
