From his restaurant and adjoining fresh pasta shop (which stays open Tuesday to Sunday), Romain Giovanni Passerini, our favorite transalpine chef in Paris, sends a selection of antipasti (octopus salad; quail with tonnata and treviso sauce; supplì ; romaine tripe), fresh pasta (ravioli, casarecce, papardelle) to cook at home, with or without sauce (porcini stew, puttanesca), ready-to-eat lasagna, roast meats (pigeon, rack of lamb , porchetta) and desserts (rum baba, tiramisu).
To be collected from rue Traversière (12th) or for delivery throughout Paris (from Wed. to Sat., order the day before).
