An earthquake measuring 5.2 degrees on the Richter scale hit the southwestern city of Quetta, Pakistan, today.
"The epicenter of the quake was 38 kilometers northeast of Quetta and at a depth of 10 kilometers, and the tremor was felt in Pishin, Harnai and other areas of Balochistan province," the Associated Press quoted the National Seismological Center as saying.
According to the center, there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage due to the tremor.
