The future president was elected in the USA more than a week ago.
It is now fairly certain that Donald Trump will not get a second term.
Only the current incumbent himself and some of his supporters do not really want to believe the result.
Accordingly, the attention for Trump's first live televised appearance since the election results were announced was accordingly high.
The press conference was followed from the rose garden of the White House worldwide.
Unsurprisingly, Trump still does not want to admit his defeat.
The president did have some doubts about his certainty of victory.
Another detail of his appearance was also a topic of conversation.
Trump appeared at the press conference with unusually gray hair.
Many viewers then wondered what happened to the president's blonde quiff.
Trump was grayed after he realized that he had lost the election, speculate numerous users on Twitter.
According to other tweets, his hair has lost color in the short time since election night.
On November 6, Trump was still seen with a distinctly blond hair color at his last press conference so far.
Days later there was a wreath-laying ceremony on Veterans Day - in the pouring rain at Arlington National Cemetery, the hair on Wednesday appeared less blonde than before, but not as gray as on Friday.
After Trump's recent appearance, the durability of hair coloring is now also being discussed.
Some users even assume that the Republican has deliberately dyed their hair gray - in order to collect sympathy points.
Another asks the question in the room why Trump was let down by his dye expert.
And there are actually compliments for the new look.
"I can finally say something positive about Trump. His gray hair looks better than the orange one," wrote a Twitter user.
Trump has made headlines since last week's election because he does not want to acknowledge his defeat.
He presented himself as the victim of extensive electoral fraud. Authorities have not yet been able to find any evidence of this.
Trump's campaign team is still taking legal action against the results in several states - so far without success.
Most recently, several US television stations had forecast that the Democrat Joe Biden would have won the state of Georgia and the Republican Trump the state of North Carolina.
These were the last two states that had not yet declared a winner in Tuesday's election last week.
