New York Times: Israeli agents eliminate al-Qaeda's No. 2 in Iran

The newspaper reports that two Israeli agents assassinated last August in Tehran Abdullah Ahmad Abdullah, a senior member of the terrorist organization.

According to the report, the shooting of the senior was carried out from a motorcycle and on the orders of the United States.

Al-Qaeda has not announced that the senior official was killed and no state has claimed responsibility for his killing

Two Israeli agents assassinated two members of al-Qaeda's chain of command in Iran in August, Abdullah Ahmad Abdullah, the New York Times reported Saturday night.

Abdullah is accused of being involved in explosions at two U.S. embassies in Africa.

According to the report, the two acted on the orders of the United States and shot Abdullah from a motorcycle.
