The Cultural Center in Shin town held a poetry festival celebrating the glories of Tishrin, in which a group of poets from different parts of the province participated in attending cultural and social events.

The poets' poems were filled with images and national modernist styles, and most of them came to the long sea in the classical language and the spoken dialect, and others took a glossy character, which enriched the festival with diversity and beauty.

The festival was initiated by the poet Rajab Deeb with a poem in which he valued the meanings of martyrdom and the sacrifices made by the martyrs for the sake of the nation's pride and victory.

And the poet Saber Al-Ibrahim said in his patriotic poem “My homeland” that Syria is the hymn of history and will remain the fortified fortress thanks to its army's continuous heroics from October until today to defeat the enemies from its lands.

In his poem “Tishreen,” the poet Suleiman Shaheen expresses the exploits of Tishrin, which were manifested in the victory and the achievements that they set in all fields.

Poet Abed Anqa sings a lyric poem about the glories of Tishreen, in which our guerrilla army wrote the most wonderful images of victory. The poet also expressed the torment of Rostam in a poem that was dominated by a feminine character in its soft words and sensual images.

Whereas the poet Hassan Marei linked in his flirtatious poem between his love for the homeland and the woman that symbolizes it with her giving and steadfastness, while the poet Ali Sweidan expressed his pride in the victory makers, the men of the Syrian Arab Army, continuing the path of glory that the makers of Tishreenin found.

And in the style of the enthusiastic poem came the participation of the poet Median Rahal, noting the achievements of Tishreen and its epic, which was the source of steadfastness and victory, and it was manifested in the poems of the two poets Sabah Al-Abdullah and Hayam Awad, which weave in the Levant the jewel of pride and glory.

The poet Fatima Al-Hassan concluded the festival with a poem in which she praised the glories of Tishreen, which will continue to be a lightning bolt of peace and a hymn to permanent victory.

Ambassador Salem, Director of the Cultural Center in Shin, explained in an interview with SANA the importance of these national festivals, which remind us of the heroics of our Syrian Arab Army and the achievements that Syria has achieved and is still in the process of giving, as it is an opportunity for the owners of the creative word to meet the mountain nature of Shin.
