Refusing to accept the new contract will result in dismissal

Hong Kong Express said that considering the company's difficult situation in most passenger aircraft to stop operations, in order to preserve the company, maintain market competitiveness, control losses, and make arrangements for the company's long-term development, it is necessary to reduce monthly cash losses.

The company requires pilots and cabin attendants to agree to change their service conditions, and adjustments to remuneration will be adjusted.

Under the new conditions, during the period of complete grounding of the pilot, the salary adjustment range will be about 25% to 40%. When the monthly flying hours return to 70 hours or more, the salary adjustment range will be about 8% to 14%; while the salary adjustment of cabin attendant is about 10%.

If the crew finally decides not to accept the new service conditions, the current employment contract will be terminated.
