The narrator, Kifah Razzuq, gave a story entitled “When I decided to kill my wife,” in which he explained the importance of dignity in a person’s life and that preserving it equals preserving the soul, as did the heroines of his story who preferred death to falling prey to terrorist gangs.

In his texts, the poet Hassan Al-Rai touched on the human and social concerns and issues that reflected his aspirations towards his society and his children under difficult circumstances.
