In total, 21 adults, 13 men and 8 women, should have been seated on the defendants' bench for thefts in 2012 and 2013 all over France, especially in Alsace and the South, but also in Belgium, Switzerland or in Germany.
Finally, they should only be eight to appear in this trial, already postponed to January due to the lawyers' strike.
For the others, one would have died in Italy where he resided, according to Me Glock, one is a Covid-19 contact case, and six others have given power to two lawyers to represent them.
