Director of Real Estate Services in Damascus Countryside, Aref El-Tahawy, stated in a statement to the representative of SANA that the BDN services include giving a statement of proof or denial of ownership to citizens based on the alphabetical index and an explanation of those prohibited from acting and granting civil registration “and it includes a statement of individual and family registration” in addition to providing All services related to real estate and survey data and copies of documents, which include real estate registration, cadastral statement, and ownership from the districts of Maadamiyat al-Sham and Jaramana to any governorate except for the governorates of Hasaka, Raqqa and Deir Ezzor via e-mail.
Al-Tahawi pointed out that the aforementioned services alleviate many of the burdens on citizens, pointing out at the same time that the Real Estate Department has been restored to work in the city of Al-Tal, and soon the Department of Interests will be returned to the city of Daraya after its building has been rehabilitated, in addition to that work is underway to expand the real estate service. In all areas of the province, especially the service that depends on the computer network.
Al-Tahawi confirmed that the real estate newspaper in the Yabroud area has been digitized and includes more than 55 thousand real estate newspapers and the real estate newspaper in the Al-Qatifah area, which includes more than 104 thousand newspapers, and work is currently underway to form real estate sheets in the Arbin and Harasta regions in accordance with Law 33 of 2017 regarding facilitating the restoration of real estate sheets Which was destroyed and burned as a result of terrorism.
The number of real estate contracts completed since the beginning of the current year until the end of September reached 58023 contracts, while the value of the collected real estate fees exceeded 778.5 million pounds, and the number of executed technical costs reached 3918 assignments, while the number of real estate entries, inheritances, matches and bonds reached 283699 entries.
