A case of a lamb being "buried" occurred in Yuen Long.
At 9 o'clock in the evening on Monday (16th), a male villager in Nankeng Row on Datang Road found that the two lambs he was raising did not know where they were. After searching for them, he was reported to be in a nearby banana forest. Both lambs were buried in the sand and had obviously died. Call the police immediately.
After receiving the report and rushing to investigate, the police classified the case as "cruel treatment of animals" and handed it over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Yuen Long Police District for follow-up; the corpse of the sheep was seized by the Society for the Protection of Animals.
