The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Tuesday) that 861 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of verified infections in Israel to 325,035.

Yesterday, results were obtained for 47,710 tests, with the percentage of positive for the virus being 1.8%.

The test data and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates from the Ministry of Health.



The number of active patients is 8,030.

The hospitals hospitalize 534 patients, of whom 135 are respirators and 313 are seriously ill.

To date, 2,735 people have died from the corona virus in Israel.



Yesterday, 613 people were diagnosed in Corona.

The number of tests was 23,553, of which 2.7% were positive for the virus.

Data from the Ministry of Health were received this morning after yesterday the ministers in the Corona Cabinet approved the resumption of studies in grades 5-6 and grades 11-12 in localities defined as green or yellow.

Classes in grades 5-6 will resume starting next Tuesday, and in grades 11-12, classes will resume starting Tuesday in two weeks.

In localities defined as orange or red, studies will not be resumed.

The decisions made in the Corona Cabinet

  • Classes in fifth-sixth and eleventh-twelfth grades will be renewed in green or yellow localities

  • In grades 5-6 starting next Tuesday, and in grades 11-12 starting Tuesday in two weeks

  • A night closure will be imposed in orange and red localities that do not have a comprehensive closure

  • Happiness outlines an increase in fines in legislation

  • The Big Centers will open in green cities starting tomorrow

  • Representatives of the malls and the Ministry of Health will formulate a format for a limited experimental opening of malls
