Critical readings in the literature of Ali Al-Mazal in the Quneitra branch of the Arab Writers Union

Damascus-SANA presented a literary symposium in which a number of critics participated, and it was held by the Quneitra branch of the Arab Writers Union yesterday.

A literary symposium in which a number of critics participated and held by the Quneitra branch of the Arab Writers Union yesterday entitled (Critical Readings in the Writer's Work of Ali Al-Muzal Anecdotal) shed light on his features of storytelling and the importance of the topics he deals with.

The distressed writer gave a number of his short stories in different styles and topics that dealt with many issues that touch the life of society, its concerns and problems, as he adhered to the elements of storytelling and its formative structures.

In his intervention, Dr. Hussein Abdel-Karim referred to the aesthetics of style and how to use the place, leading to the aesthetic of narration and the arrival of the language at Al-Mazal to poetry in its changes and events.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Shaher explained the technical aspects, the most important of which are the techniques of narration and events that have a high-tech texture and compatibility with environments and places, and the selection of topics of appropriate importance to build the story.

The attendees at the symposium moderated by the head of the Quneitra branch of the Arab Writers Union, Dr. Ahmed Ali Muhammad, presented interventions that added new critical ideas to the symposium and enriched them in dealing with many short stories in his collections.

The symposium was attended by the literary president of the Arab Writers Union, Malek Suqour, and a number of intellectuals and members of the Federation's executive office.
