About a month ago, Cohen was appointed Minister of Construction and Housing and Minister of Finance.
Last week, he resigned as Minister of Housing, following disagreements with Torah Judaism chairman MK Yaakov Litzman.
The latter was to be appointed deputy minister when Cohen is a "straw minister" above him with no powers at all.
Cohen refused and asked to return to his position in the Ministry of Finance.
He will now also leave this position, and will return to serve as deputy minister.
