Wackersberg / Lenggries - A crashed paraglider pilot rescued the Tölzer Bergwacht on Saturday evening.

The 17-year-old got stuck in a tree on Blomberg.

In the following fall, she was seriously injured.

It was around 5.15 p.m. on Saturday when the Oberland integrated control center alerted the Tölzer Bergwacht and the Isarwinkel chief on duty.

A paraglider pilot had seen his girlfriend from Barmstadt, who took off after him, fall.

Immediately after landing in the valley, he dialed the emergency number and guided the mountain rescue service to the crash site.

This was about 60 meters below the north take-off point in very impassable terrain.

17-year-old gets stuck in the tree when starting

According to the mountain rescue service, the 17-year-old got stuck with the umbrella on a tree and then fell to the ground.

The patient complained of severe pain in her cervical spine and back.

After they had been provided with heat packs and a pelvic sling, the rescuers put them in the supportive rescue bag.

In the meantime, other helpers set up a safety rope from above.

With this, the team finally pulled the injured person in the mountain stretcher up the steep slope.

The pilot was transported to the hospital in the mountain rescue vehicle, accompanied by the mountain rescue doctor.

After just under three hours, the rescuers' mission was over.

The following day, a team recovered the paraglider that had been left behind.

Four bikers were stuck on the Luitpolder Alm - without lights

The Lenggries mountain rescue team had to cope with a nightly mission last Friday.

The alarm went off at 7.14 p.m. and read as follows: “Four mountain bikers are stuck at the Luitpolder Alm in Jachenau.

They can't find their way back and don't have any lights with them to light their way down into the valley. ”The weekend trip of the two women from Munich and their partner ended in a rescue operation.

Cyclists overestimated themselves when planning the tour

The start of the tour was planned in Vorderriß.

Then it should go over the Walchensee, the Luitpolder Alm and back to Vorderriß, over the gallows throw saddle.

According to the mountain rescue service, the four mountaineers overestimated each other in their plans: They were surprised by the early darkness and the cold weather.

So four rescue workers from the Lenggries mountain rescue team moved out with two vehicles to transport the four hypothermic mountain bikers and their sports equipment into the valley.
