The Civil Service Commission today began examining the statement of Deputy Attorney General Dina Zilber in a speech she delivered yesterday, estimating that the conclusions of the investigation will be received tomorrow.
According to legal sources, Zilber's remarks deviated from the rules of communication for civil servants, which could put her under disciplinary inquiry.

Zilber, yesterday (Sunday) sharply criticized politicians who accuse the gatekeepers and bureaucrats of not helping "governance."
In a speech at a conference of the Israel Democracy Institute, she claimed that instead of making decisions, they blame everyone.
"Dozens of senior appointments are frozen. Who is stopping the state from appointing a state attorney, commissioner, chief of staff, budget commissioner and a long list of other professional positions? No court or bureaucracy prevents these appointments. Governance is not talked about, "she said.
Zilber hinted that this was indicative of a leadership failure: "Sometimes, in order not to admit the unfortunate truth of lack of leadership, or personal inability, one turns on the fan that spreads guilt everywhere, or says 'the country has a governance problem'."
As you may recall, Zilber was supposed to end her role about a month and a half ago and after being extended, she will end it on December 9th.
Zilber is considered an activist and dominant figure close to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit. Until 2012, before she was appointed to her current position, she served as a senior attorney in the High Court Department.
