In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and while the Preventive and Obligatory Social Distancing (DISPO) governs much of the national territory, images were viralized on social networks of
a massive clandestine party of more than 300 people
in Fuerte Apache who came to the hands of Justice and now investigating the organizer.
The event took place on Monday in the corridors of Barrio Ejército de los Andes, better known as Fuerte Apache.
The videos and photos of the event quickly went viral on social networks and reached the hands of the authorities, who initiated a case for violation of the social distancing measures established by the national government.
According to police sources, the party took place on Monday "from 2 am in front of monoblock 8 of the Ciudadela housing complex, where around 300 people attended."
In the videos, a real crowd is observed singing, consuming alcoholic beverages and dancing
without any type of social distancing or wearing masks
in the hallways of the neighborhood.
The Justice managed to find the organizer of the event, who was identified as
Alan Gorosito
, who was prosecuted for having violated articles 205 and 239 of the Penal Code, which punish
with penalties of up to two years and one in prison
respectively to those who who violate the measures adopted by the authorities to prevent the spread of the pandemic and those who disobey a public official.
Fuerte Apache was not the only place where a clandestine party was detected.
Hours before,
in Virrey del Pino, another mega-event took place,
attended by more than 250 people.
The call was made through WhatsApp, as the Justice was able to know, and called the participants to
bring chinstraps and alcohol gel
to an address located on Esperanza street at 5300.
The party began at 9 a.m. on Sunday
and was broken up by police personnel around
7 p.m.
, after receiving an alert call to 911.
By order of federal judge Néstor Barral,
all the participants were identified and forced to sign an act
in which they were notified that they had violated Article 205 of the Penal Code.
Former Big Brother, Cristian U was a DJ at a clandestine party in Virrey del Pino.
Among the people who attended the place, the former participant of the reality show Big Brother (Telefe) Cristian U was identified, who was hired to musicalize the celebration and was charged with breaking the law.
The same happened with the owner of the property and the organizer of the event, who were also delayed by the Police.
