An Iraqi child was killed and five other people were wounded by rockets in the Green Zone in the center of the capital, Baghdad.
The Security Media Cell announced in a statement carried by Alsumaria News that seven rockets were fired yesterday, four of them landed in the Green Zone and three outside, killing a child and wounding five people, all of them civilians.
The Iraqi Security Information Cell announced yesterday that bursts of Katyusha rockets targeted the Green Zone that includes the US embassy in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
On the other hand, the intelligence agency announced today the arrest of eight ISIS terrorists, including a woman, in separate areas of Salah al-Din Governorate, in the center of the country.
The agency indicated in a statement that the detainees are wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 terrorism for their affiliation with "ISIS" gangs and their participation in several terrorist operations against security forces and citizens.
