Three former members of the Legislative Council, Zhu Kaidi, Xu Zhifeng and "Slow Bi" Chen Zhiquan, were arrested by the police early this morning (18th).

According to the police, they received reports from the Legislative Council Secretariat on the morning of May 28 and the morning and afternoon of June 4 this year, stating that someone dropped or spilled foul-smelling liquid towards the podium during the Legislative Council meeting held during the aforementioned time period. The three arrested men are now being detained for investigation.
