Four people were brought on Wednesday afternoon, November 18, including one for murder, after the discovery in Liévin in Pas-de-Calais on November 16 of a young man who died on an embankment, carrying numerous marks of blows, we learned from the Béthune prosecutor's office.

The person referred for murder in this case was born in 1998 and, if she does not have a criminal record, she has "
precedents
", said the public prosecutor in Béthune, Thierry Dran, who requested his remand in custody.
The three other people presented to the judge, born in 99, 88 and 94, were referred for indictment for failure to prevent a crime or an offense for two of them and failure to assist person in danger and non-prevention of a crime or an offense for the latter.
The prosecution requested their placement under judicial supervision.

drug use
," Dran said.
The autopsy confirmed the presence of numerous blows on the body of this young man of 24 years, found dead Monday morning after being reported missing the night before.
