One by one, who were the deputies who accompanied the Frente de Todos. And those who 'dodged' and did not vote.

During the first 12 years of the

Néstor

and

Cristina Kirchner governments

, the deputies of the then Front for Victory lacked their own majority.

However, they

always found allies

to get the most controversial laws.

Even the famous 125, which increased withholdings to the field and ended up sinking in the Senate.

The fourth version of the same political space, now under the umbrella of the Frente de Todos, works with the same logic: at dawn this Wednesday, the bloc contributed "only" 114 votes to give half a sanction to the wealth tax.

But the affirmative reached 133, due to the

key accompaniment of 19 legislators from other blocks and interblocks

.

The bulk of this foreign aid was provided by the

Federal Interblock

, which mixes Peronists from different geographies and a couple of progressives from Santa Fe.

Nine of its 11 members voted with the ruling party

:

Two from the justicialist bloc

1)

Eduardo "Bali" Bucca

, from Buenos Aires, former mayor of Bolívar and known for years for his friendship with Marcelo Tinelli.

2)

Miguel Zottos

, from Salta.

Two progressive Santa Fe:

1)

Luis Contigiani

, from the Civic and Social Progressive Front.

2)

Enrique Estévez

, socialist.

Three of Córdoba Federal:

1)

Paulo Cassinerio

.

2)

Carlos Gutiérrez

.

3)

Claudia Márquez

.

This bench responds to the Cordovan Governor Juan Schiaretti.

In his province a strong anti-K sentiment was rekindled and for that reason there was doubt about how the legislators who respond to him would vote.

A detail: his partner,

Alejandra Vigo

, fourth member of the bench, was listed as

"absent

.

"

Two from Federal Consensus

1)

Alejandro "Topo" Rodríguez

, from Buenos Aires, and very close to Roberto Lavagna.

2)

Jorge Sarghini

, economist and former Buenos Aires official.

On this bench,

Graciela Camano

decided this time to stand on the opposition side and voted against.

The deputy had been highly criticized

by anti-Kirchnerism because it was essential to advance in the Council of the Magistracy against the three judges (Bruglia, Bertuzzi and Castelli) that Cristina Kirchner seeks to displace.

The other interblock that supported without fissures was the

Federal Development Unit

, laughingly nicknamed Los Ramones: not because of musical affinity but because its boss is José Luis Ramón, a high-profile and controversial Mendoza citizen in his province, who became a key ally by Sergio Massa in this new stage.

The current head of Deputies operated strongly in the previous formation of the Chamber and succeeded in assembling this bench that unites some former Together for Change with other provincials.

It is usually a key input for the quorum and voting.

The six votes of "Los Ramones":

1) Pablo Ansaloni, from Buenos Aires.

2) Luis Di Giácomo, from Río Negro.

3) Flavia Morales, from Misiones.

4) José Luis Ramón, from Mendoza.

5) Diego Sartori, from Misiones.

6) Ricardo Wellbach, from Misiones.

Another two affirmative votes came from

the Federal Unit and Equity bloc

.

It is made up of two former Together for Change.

Antonio Carambia, former PRO and who when he announced his departure from PRO was accused of being a "swindler" by the boss of the macristas, Cristian Ritondo.

And Felipe Alvarez, another former JxC who made the jump a few days ago and now aligned himself with the Frente de Todos.

The last two votes were directly from

two deputies who still make up the main opposition interblock

.

They are two from Jujuy, radicals, who respond to Governor Gerardo Morales and who, in the framework of his negotiations with the Government to obtain funds for a very complicated province, agreed to support in the compound.

Those who raised their hands in his name were María Burgos and Jorge "Colo" Rizzotti.

Absences and the president who did not vote

The block of the Frente de Todos, as stated,

contributed 114 votes, out of 119 members

.

Why was there not 100% loyalty in a project promoted by the head of the bench, Máximo Kirchner?

One of the deputies who publicly questioned the project, the massismo businessman

José Ignacio de Mendiguren

, got away because he is on leave, since he was appointed by BICE.

Anyway, he already warned the media: "It's my turn (the tax) and I'm going to pay."

Sergio Massa went to the venue to preside over the tax session for the rich.

He was isolated due to contact with a positive Covid.

Massa himself, with fluid contacts with many of the businessmen who question the new tax, did not have to leave his stamp on either because he is the president of the Chamber.

Until the last moment, his presence was doubted, since he was isolated by a close case of positive Covid.

But Massa appeared opportunely in the building, already at night, although he decided not to vote.

"

Sergio never votes. Unless there is no number and a special majority is needed

," they clarified in their environment.

Cecilia Moreau, a Christianist and one of the leaders of the block, appears "without voting."

Surprise rebellion?

"No, he left the premises due to direct contact with someone who had Covid," they explained to Clarín in the Chamber.

Another striking absence.
