Denmark: The mines' corona mutation was apparently destroyed
The Ministry of Health said no new cases of the mutation, which could impair the effectiveness of vaccines, have been detected since 15 September.
The opposition continues to demand that the government resign, after it ordered the destruction of all the millions of miners in the country without a legal basis.

Denmark said today (Thursday) that it was "likely" that the corona mutation discovered at a mink farm in the country was destroyed.
The mutation has raised concerns that it will impair the effectiveness of the vaccines developed against the virus, but the health ministry said no new cases have been detected since 15 September.
Two weeks later, the government announced the destruction of all the mink farms in the country, but the order caused a political crisis in the country due to the opposition's claims of the move's illegality.
Yesterday, the Minister of Food and Agriculture resigned, but government critics are demanding that its head, Mate Fredricksen, resign because she is the one who bears the ultimate responsibility.
She apologized for this, but claims that the decision to destroy all the miners, whose number in Denmark is estimated at 17 million, was reasonable and based on estimates by the health authorities.
In addition, due to the stabilization of morbidity in northern Denmark, where most of the mink farms are located, there will be relief from the restrictions imposed in the area about two weeks ago.

The eruption of the corona among the miners and the mutation it underwent aroused concern in Israel as well.
On Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for "one by one to hunt down the Israelis who returned from Denmark and check on them."
He called for the return of Danes from Denmark to be forced into solitary confinement, and even instructed the Minister of Internal Security, Amir Ohana, to verify this immediately.
The World Health Organization says miners, whose fur is used by the fashion industries, are particularly susceptible to the virus.
The problem is even more acute due to the density at which they are kept on the same farms.
