Today evening, the activities of the poultry and veterinary and agricultural supplies exhibition concluded in its third session, attracting more than 5,000 visitors and the participation of about 36 local Syrian companies producing veterinary medicines, feed, their supplements and production requirements.
The exhibition, which was held on the grounds of the fairgrounds this year, was distinguished by the remarkable presence of those interested and specialists in agricultural affairs, in both its plant and animal parts.
SANA monitored the views of a number of visitors to the exhibition, as Doctor Muhammad Qasidah, the veterinarian, saw that the importance of the exhibition lies in containing all industries and supplies needed by the agricultural sector, pointing out that the wide participation indicates the interest of specialists and those interested in establishing economic and commercial relations between investing companies.
In turn, Amer Derki referred to the modern technologies in the exhibition that contribute to the development of agriculture and production, while Moayad Bakhsh from Daraa Governorate called for the need to contribute to strengthening the role of the agricultural sector and improving it by providing its requirements, both plant and animal.
For his part, Noureddine Akkad pointed out that the exhibition focuses on contracts and agreements that can be signed during which to supply the agricultural sector with the requirements it needs to supply the local market with national products, in addition to strengthening and supporting the national economy.
For his part, visitor Ali Yunus explained that the exhibition included the most important medicines, vaccines, veterinary services, agricultural equipment, machinery, poultry equipment, modern irrigation equipment, fodder, pesticides and fertilizers, in addition to medicines for controlling weeds in agriculture, animal diseases and all the requirements of modern agriculture.
