The recording of the emergency call was convicted of a Holzkirchner (55): He had racially insulted two security officers under the influence of alcohol.

Now he was on trial.

Miesbach / Holzkirchen

- A 55-year-old from Holzkirchner had to answer before the Miesbach district court because of sedition.

At the beginning of July, he and a friend had been at the Holzkirchen train station that evening.

When he was lighting a cigarette, two security guards warned them to stop smoking or to leave the premises.

It was said that he and his acquaintance had turned away, but the law enforcement officers followed them and talked to them.

After all, it had become too stupid for him: "I said that I would call the police if they didn't give a rest." He did that too.

The dispute with the security forces came to a head, however, that the 55-year-old broke the collar.

According to the indictment, he hurled at the two men from Afghanistan and Kuwait: "Hitler would have gassed you, you wankers."

Her client could not remember this statement, emphasized his defense attorney Maria-Magdalena Hofstetter.

He had been drinking that evening and thus probably got into such a "state of mind".

"In his normal state he would never have said something like that, he is shocked about it himself." Her client does not share any real ideas and has foreign friends himself.

He is aware that he reacts violently to alcohol.

He is tackling his problem now and has started therapy at Caritas.

The Holzkirchner tried to make up for the racist derailment.

Judge Walter Leitner read out two letters that the man had sent to the injured party.

He apologized for the statement, which did not correspond to his way of thinking, and his disrespectful behavior.

The prosecutor demanded a fine of 90 daily rates of 20 euros.

The 55-year-old is used to alcohol, so he can probably remember the exclamation, she said.

The defense, on the other hand, invoked insight and repentance and apology.

Hofstetter saw 50 daily rates as sufficient.

Judge Leitner followed the prosecutor's request in his judgment.

He added a curiosity at the end.

After the police that had been summoned were unable to record a crime, they withdrew.

However, because it was an emergency call, the police reevaluated the tape with the conversation.

Unfortunately for him, they became aware of the recorded exclamation of the Holzkirchner.
