The lawyers defending Ciro Grillo - Beppe Grillo's twenty-year-old son - and three of his friends do not comment on the closure of the investigations by the Temple Prosecutor's Office and the imminent request for indictment for the four young men accused of a Milanese student of their age.
"This is not the time to make statements," says lawyer Gennaro Vella, who is part of the defense team.
"We have not even received all the documents yet, so we consider it premature to comment - he adds - we will speak in the offices and at the appropriate time".
Silence from others too.
"It is not my habit to issue statements on pending lawsuits - underlines Paolo Costa - and even less in this matter of which we still have to analyze all the documents".
More than a year after the complaint formulated in a police station in Milan, the legal matter is at a turning point: the Public Prosecutor is ready to ask for the indictment of Ciro Grillo, Edoardo Capitta, Francesco Corsiglia and Vittorio Lauria.
According to the complaint, on the night of July 16, 2019, the girl was raped in the villa owned by Beppe Grillo, at Pevero di Porto Cervo, in Costa Smeralda, at the end of an evening that began at the Billionaire with a friend.
For the prosecution, the "spaghetti" with the four ended with non-consenting sexual intercourse, after abundant alcohol consumption, resumed with the mobile phone.
