Chen also pointed out that the old classmates had gatherings from time to time, but Zhang borrowed the word to participate in gatherings from 2017 to 2018.

Chen Liangcai continued to point out that he met Zhang's wife Chen Huiwen.
He believes that Zhang's wife owes a sense of humor and social skills, and cited examples of having barbecued at Zhang Weiluntang's residence. However, Chen Huiwen said: "Sai Ye is a cheat, please call Zhang Qizhong's friend to cheat." I do it myself, I don’t want me to entertain you." His wife also attended the barbecue, and said afterwards that she would not attend these events again.
He also revealed that Zhang had gone to the police station to provide assistance after his arrest.
During Zhang's two years, Chen Liangcai also visited Zhang, including Zhang's birthday, and the two still maintain correspondence.
Zhang's lawyer continued to ask whether Chen Liangcai's support for Zhang was worthy of Zhang.

She believes that Zhang had depression at the time of the case, which was a mental disorder, which affected his judgment and control ability.
She explained that Zhang has multiple symptoms of depression, including decreased concentration, poor memory, slower decision-making speed, and weight loss.
