The first findings of
the investigators had indicated that the car - a

had been traveling at

200 kilometers
per
hour
on the municipal
road at
the time of the accident

Section 315d of the Criminal Code could therefore come into play: The legislator speaks of a prohibited motor vehicle race if a vehicle driver "moves at an inappropriate speed and in a grossly illegal and inconsiderate manner in order to reach the highest possible speed".
