Criticism of the State Attorney's Office and the police's treatment of a woman who called "shame" on the ombudsman
Following her remarks, the woman was arrested and a criminal case opened against her that remained open for a long time.
The Attorney General of the State Attorney's Office, retired Judge David Rosen, ruled that the reading "Parashat Mishpatim, Shame" constitutes a "strictly permissible statement," and passed his conclusions to the Deputy State Attorney for lessons learned.

Commissioner criticism of the prosecution, retired Judge David Rosen, criticized the conduct of the prosecution regarding the case in which a woman who called at the Attorney General Mandelblitt "Mishpatim, shame" were detained and opening her criminal case, which remains open for a long time.
Rosen said he was not authorized to visit The conduct of the police, and therefore passed the examination on this matter to the Acting Commissioner, but at the same time noted that the things the woman said were in the nature of "absolutely permissible utterance."

The district attorney argued to Rosen that the reason the case remained open for many months was a technical malfunction in a computerized system through which the case was transferred.
According to her, the system was activated as a pilot - which was discontinued in light of the number of faults.
She further claimed that after learning of the case following the revelation of the case in News 13, she requested that it be brought to her attention and ordered that it be shelved on the grounds of "lack of criminal offense".

Despite this, Rosen found the complaint against the prosecution justified.
"The State Attorney's Office, after receiving the case at the

The Commissioner ordered that the conclusions be forwarded to the Deputy State Attorney for Criminal Matters for the purpose of drawing lessons, and to prevent similar cases in the future.
