The French Ministry of Agriculture announced today that the Corona virus has been detected in a number of mink animals on a farm in the west of the country.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying, "At this stage, tests have proven that the virus is spreading on a farm in the Loire region," noting that it was decided to execute a thousand of them.
A number of European countries, including Denmark, Sweden, Greece and the Netherlands, discovered the virus in similar farms.
