A federal judge dealt another blow to outgoing US President Donald Trump's campaign by dismissing a lawsuit to nullify millions of mailed votes in Pennsylvania.

"CNN" quoted Federal Judge Matthew Bran as saying in a decision he issued hours after the last round of cases in the case reached the court, "The lawsuit based on allegations of irregularities that have no legal basis," explaining that "Trump's campaign tried Nearly seven million voters were deprived of their right to vote, and artificial legal arguments were presented to his court without legal basis.

He added, "It is not within the powers of this court to violate the constitution," strongly rejecting the Trump campaign's attempt to champion the results of the Pennsylvania vote, stressing that Joe Biden has won the state and that Pennsylvania state officials can now certify results that show Biden ahead of more than 80,000 votes.

For his part, Mike Gwen, a spokesman for President-elect Biden, said in a statement, "The judge's ruling cannot be clearer than that ... We will not tolerate Trump's efforts to reverse the election results, which he lost terribly."

According to the results announced so far for the US presidential elections, Democrat Biden won 306 votes in the electoral college, which guarantees his victory in the presidency.

But Trump is trying to turn his loss in the presidential election on the third of November into a victory after he refused to concede the loss and claimed widespread fraud in the elections without providing evidence of this.

Trump's refusal to comply with the election results raises fears among the American security services and outside this circle, which could have serious implications for this matter, whether on national security or with regard to confronting the Corona pandemic that has killed more than 250,000 people in the United States.
