The police this afternoon (23rd) arrested a woman for practising without being registered as a doctor, possessing the first poison and violating conditions of stay.

It is reported that the arrested woman, holding a two-way permit, met a female victim through a social platform earlier and gave her a botulinum injection treatment in Kwun Tong. Later, the female victim developed different symptoms and was suspected of being poisoned.

The police will give details of the incident.
