- The problem areas are well known: There are practically no sanitary facilities, the water rescue service already needs space for the vehicle when the other plans of the municipality and Raiffeisen are implemented.
The kiosk is seen by not a few as a problem and the mayor is convinced that it must at least be relocated if Raiffeisen implements its construction project right next to the lawn (we reported).
According to Strasser's previous ideas, this should also be shifted a little, in the direction of the water watch station.
As is well known, the kiosk has long ceased to be a pure kiosk, but a full-fledged catering business, just without a toilet.
"I can't imagine that he can stay there when Raiffeisen starts building," predicts the mayor, who is already thinking ahead: The measures now being planned will cost money.
Here, however, the so-called Leader program comes into play, which is also fed from pots of the EU and from which the municipality, according to Strasser hopes, can call for grants.
“Leo takes care of the Leader program, he does it well, I don't have to hang in there too,” the town hall chief distributes praise to his deputy Leo Melerowitz.
But what Straßer does is the concrete work on site: An appointment with the forester will also take place, he announced.
He will look at the vegetation around the lake so that we can jointly decide where it is sensible to intervene and which trees should definitely be protected.
On November 27th, there will also be an appointment with representatives of the Leader program, the mayor added, who let it be known that he is also following a course of conflict avoidance with the whole thing: He would like to move the lawn a little away from the Raiffeisen- New building, and with the opportunity to solve the other problems.
He announced talks with the Raiffeisen bank so that the connections for water, sewage and electricity for a new sanitary facility can be made.
"We would be stupid if we let this opportunity slip by," said Straßer, who, however, wanted to hang the whole project deeper: "None of this is in urgency level one," he said.
Because the community has no time pressure here, public participation can start again.
As is well known, there is at least one working group on paper within the framework of village renewal that has already made specific proposals at the Baisch-Weiher, some of which have also been implemented.
This was about safety and the possibility of parents looking after their children.
Strasser would like to see the citizens involved in the new considerations.
“Maybe we can revive this working group,” he suggests.
