It is reported that the arrested woman, holding a two-way permit, met a female victim through Wechat. In August, in a commercial building in Kwun Tong, she gave her 3 botox injections and charged a total of $39,600. The victim's eyes showed double vision, pain, and difficulty breathing. After a doctor's diagnosis, it was consistent with botulism.
