The new rule will apply from December 2020.
From March 2021, companies in the
Dax must
also publish mandatory annual and quarterly reports - a violation of this will result in exclusion.
There must be an audit committee on the supervisory board.
Companies that are already in the DAX must have implemented these rules by September 2022 at the latest.
