A new prestigious project in Ramat Gan - EXCHANGE by Azorim and Migdal Bituach, will be built near what was once Elite's historic chocolate factory.
The project, designed by the Yaski Mor Sivan Architects Office, will include two luxury towers about 220 meters high.
The 60-storey residential tower will include 355 3-4 room apartments and mini penthouses and penthouses.
The office tower will contain about 45 floors with about 60,000 square meters of offices and about 3,000 square meters of commercial space.
The marketing campaign will be led by singer Noga Erez, who also created the theme song.
The campaign, amounting to NIS 2.5 million, is led by the Rave advertising agency, owned by Ariel Branson.
