Deir Ezzor-Sana
The activities of the second forum for plastic art, which comes within the activities of the celebration of the days of Syrian culture held under the title “My Culture, My Identity,” were launched in the Arab Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor with the participation of a group of young artists.
Deir Ezzor Culture Director Ahmed Al-Ali said in a statement to SANA's correspondent that the forum reflects the state of recovery that the province is witnessing at all levels after its liberation from terrorism, pointing out that the directorate has set up a program to celebrate the days of Syrian culture that lasts three days and includes a workshop for children entitled Shadow Imagination and a dialogue seminar for youth entitled Reading and culture for young people, painting, theater and music for children and an art concert by the Euphrates troupe to revive the Euphrates heritage.
The plastic artist Jamal Al-Shammari, the supervisor of the forum, explained that a group of young artists began to create artistic paintings that express the Euphrates environment and reflect Syria's victory over terrorism, pointing out that the forum also witnesses the participation of a number of children and adolescents in order to gain experience and devote talent.
A number of participants expressed their happiness for the establishment of this forum, which gives them the opportunity to show their talents, practice their hobbies, and benefit from the experience of the artists supervising the work.
