Nicaragua has suffered in less than two weeks the devastating passage of two hurricanes marked with the Greek letters Eta and Iota, both entering through the same place on the northern Caribbean coast where the second of them wiped out what the first had left standing.

In Managua, under heavy rains, names like Bilwi, Lamlaya, Wawa Boom, scenes of destruction, repeated on social media, still sound far away ...
