The defense of the former official Rosario Robles confirmed that she raised the possibility of testifying before the Attorney General's Office of Mexico to become a protected witness, despite the fact that since the beginning of her trial she has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Within the controversy, former Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray published a letter on his Twitter account in which he said he regretted that Robles accused him without foundation, adding that what Robles' lawyer said about him is false.
