A new technique that combines computed tomography and X-ray diffraction allows scientists to investigate the inside of a 1,900-year-old Egyptian mummy, without having to open it.
The method - revealed this Tuesday in the Journal of the Royal Society Interface - offered clues to scientists about the corpse that lay inside the mummy.
