Preliminary specifications of the light plane crash test today (Tuesday) in the Negev, during which two people were killed, show that the two managed to report a serious malfunction.

The deputy director of an MDA paramedic school, Chen Vermus, arrived at the scene of the light aircraft crash in an MDA helicopter.

Unfortunately there were already two dead. We saw the remains of the plane scattered on the ground, some burning," he said.

Last May, businessman Shai Ben Yitzhak was killed in a light plane crash in an open area near Kibbutz Yakum in Sharon.

Ben Yitzhak's 11-year-old son, who was with him on the plane, was seriously injured.



Ben Yitzhak, 52, was one of the founders of the 888 gambling company and lived in the village of Netter.

After the crash, they were trapped inside the plane and rescued by firefighters and rescuers.

MDA medics and paramedics determined Ben Yitzhak's death after he showed no signs of life.
