Teammate of Christophe Dominici at the Stade Français Paris (1997-2001) and in the French team, the former scrum half Christophe Laussucq spoke to Actu Rugby about the death of his friend.
He also returned to the aborted case of the takeover of the Béziers club this summer.
“I knew he hadn't been doing well for some time,” admits Laussucq.
And to add: “The history of Béziers has done him a lot of harm.
He had great difficulty digesting this failed episode.
(…) It has had an eventful summer, because it has been criticized a lot.
As always, he had put a lot of energy and passion into this project which he finally took full force.
This situation was very complicated for him, but not to this point… ”
