Faced with the deep disagreement of part of the staff of the Union Theater and the students of the Union Academy with regard to me as well as to that of my artistic project, I decided to leave on December 31, 2020 my functions of director of the Union Theater and the Academy,
”Lambert-wild said in a statement.
At the beginning of October, around thirty employees had created a surprise at the end of a play played by Romane Bohringer at the opening of the season, by reading to the public a letter sent to the Ministry of Culture, denouncing management behavior which "
clearly highlights endangering certain staff members and interfering with the proper functioning of the theater
”.
Then students of the Academy had in a letter to the ministry evoked "
violent and authoritarian educational methods
".
"Social assassination"
A report by the inspector of artistic creation, which AFP was able to consult, noted following an inspection in March "
worrying working conditions, both physical and moral

suffering at work
" .
Jean Lambert-wild had each time refuted his accusations, denouncing a "
social assassination
", ensuring "to

And mid-October, in a letter of support to the director, actors, musicians, technicians, authors, theater professionals, were also said to be "

" on Jean Lambert-wild.
Employees had all the same seized a lawyer specializing in labor law, Me Richard Doudet, who had noted "
